Ethos 2.4" Video Baby Monitor Extra Camera Unit is part of the Family Monitoring system. The baby camera unit will connect to any Ethos Baby Monitor to make a complete Baby Monitor set. Alternatively you can make combinations to suit your home and family monitoring requirements. Possible combinations are 2 x Monitors and 2 x Cameras, or one Monitor and up to 4 cameras, or one camera and two parent units. This baby monitor set is great for monitoring twins or monitoring different rooms in your home.

General Customer Information on the Ethos family Monitoring system
It is not digital yet it is secured by Signal System Shield (SSS) to ensure privacy and security of transmission, which means no one else will see your baby or tap into your monitoring signal. The Monitoring System works on the 2.4GHz Wireless system and plug and go with no wiring required. The Parent Units will run Batteries or Mains Power, while the baby camera unit is Mains power only. Please note all Video Monitors baby Cameras need mains power to drive the cameras and provide Night Vision. The range is 150 metres in what is know as 'Clear Line Of Sight'. This is the internationally recognised method of measuring the capability of all baby monitors. as with all other baby monitors the range you actually achieve in your home will be less.
