The battery life of the screen part for us has never been good, it seems to spend more time charging than sat next to us.

Product is good but the only bad thing is the range of the monitor indoors. This is the third monitor and it is the best.

Bought for when my second son goes into his own room. Having used a video camera with my first son (and still do), wanted one for each room. Fantastic features including room temperature, music facility and two way talk thro to name a few, lovely sleek unit, very portable. So far so good. Have only awarded 4 stars as previous camera was pan and tilt with a sharper image so by comparison minor flaws with this unit from what I am used to.

We use this monitor to cover a baby and a toddler. It works ok but some functionality is patchy. It isn't possible to turn off the alert function on the receiver. You can turn down the sensitivity on the cameras but these are incredibly difficult to set the right level on. Also the parent unit could really use a charger base to make I more convenient to use.

I use the monitor for our new born twins. it allows us to monitor them both no matter if they are in different rooms. The quality of picture during the day and night time is excellent. And the fact you can zoom in and move the camera without having to disturb them is excellent. It is a bit expensive be worth it for the quality you get.

The product is easy to use although more info from Samsung as to where a Mac driver can be downloaded would be helpful here it is for any one struggling http://www.samsunghomesecurity.co.uk/.\nGreat for new parents and for parents with more young children like me I placed the second camera in the playroom so I can see and hear whats going on when I am elsewhere in the house. The Skype feature is fun for Grandparents or Spouses away on business.

Excellent picture and reception. We use it for our baby and our toddler who sleep in seperate rooms (and floors of the house) and it works equally well. My only negative comment is that it would be helpful if the power cord was a bit longer as the camera works best when placed above the cot (and therefore quite a way from/above the power plug), but I expect the current length conforms with health and safety standards.
