Easy to set up, sturdy and easy to clean units. Only downside was that it was not as powerful as I had expected - I had to turn the volume right up and sometimes had to hold it to my ear to hear what was going on and that was only one floor away.

Very easy to use. Would like a little more volume. Liked the battery option in the baby unit, our old one didnt have that so felt more comfortable should we have an electrical power failure.
