FREE DELIVERY Over £80 Information

BabyMonitorsDirect offer free delivery on all items over £80 & shipped to mainland UK, however this offer does not include postcodes IV3-IV40, IV52, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA20-PA40, PH19-PH40, PH50 and all addresses "over water" E.g Northern Ireland due to a higher shipping charge incurred to babymonitorsdirect.co.uk on these addresses.

There are certain areas in the UK that do not fall under the next day delivery and we must have 2 -3 working days for delivery. These areas are the Scottish Highlands and UK Islands (please see below for exact post codes).

Important Delivery Information
All BabyMonitorsDirect.co.uk customer orders will be delivered either by Courier signed for service or Royal Mail First Class. International Orders are generally shipped by Air for delivery in 2 to 5 days

When Will My Delivery Arrive?
When placing your order please note for UK Mainland Deliveries BabyMonitorsDirect pay for an Express Courier service, or First Class Post. The Courier service works as follows (excluding Bank Holidays):

• Orders after 4.00pm Fri. and by 4.00pm Mon. - Delivered Tuesday
• Orders after 4.00pm Mon. and by 4.00pm Tues. - Delivered Wednesday
• Orders after 4.00pm Tues. and by 4.00pm Wed. - Delivered Thursday
• Orders after 4.00pm Wed. and by 4.00pm Thurs. - Delivered Friday
• Orders after 4.00pm Thur. and by 4.00pm Fri - Delivered Monday
• Weekend Orders (Saturday/ Sunday) Delivered Tuesday

BabyMonitorsDirect.co.uk pay DPD for 2 courier delivery attempts, this means if you are not available the first time the delivery driver will make a further attempt either that day or perhaps the following day. You will be left a card advising you the driver was unable to effect delivery and giving you a telephone number to call to arrange the second delivery or personal collection from the local depot. Please remember to take identification for the collection from the DPD depot.

Our courier services are signed for, and to avoid annoying missed deliveries, your parcel(s) may be left signed for with the nearest avaiable neighbour if no one at your address is available at time of delivery; if you do not wish for your parcel to be left at any other address than yours, you must leave this clear instruction in the "order comments" section of the checkout process.

Delivery Charges & Free Delivery
We pay for all deliveries and offer Free Delivery over £80 on all Items shipped to Mainland UK (Excluding Postcodes IV3-IV40, IV52, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA20-PA40, PH19-PH40 or PH50 The Delivery charge for these postcodes is £12.99). This excludes all addresses “Over Water”. Free Delivery If order over £80 or £4.95 for other values

Timed Deliveries (all order values)
£9.95 - Delivery before 12.00 noon Next Working Day
£17.95 - Delivery before 10.00am Next Working Day
£18.95 -  Delivery before 12.00 noon Saturday (order by 4pm Friday)

Important Notice: These are standard charges to for all orders and may not represent the charges we incur for shipping the product. Where an item is returned for refund we will deduct the actual cost if greater than above.
 
Failed Delivery and Delivery and Collection Charges
Following the 2nd unsuccessful delivery attempt and customer failure to collect from the DPD Depot, DPD will return the product to our warehouse at an additional cost and we will pass this £9.50 charge to you, this also applies to nfree delivery orders. If you require a third delivery there will be a 3rd delivery charge of £4.95

It is important therefore that you take steps to accept either of the first 2 deliveries because re-delivering returned parcels will cost £14.45 (£9.50 for return to warehouse plus £4.95)

Where the courier is required to collect product from your home and return to our warehouse the cost will be £19.50

Please note the following postcodes listed do not fall into the next day delivery terms and we require 2 -3 working days to deliver. AB31, AB33-38, AB44-56 & IV30-32, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18- 26,PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50, AB36-38, AB55-56, all IV postcodes, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

Offshore Deliveries
We are happy to ship to other locations such as Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles, and Isle of Man. Approximate delivery costs are offered at the checkout (typically £19.95) but the actual cost will be confirmed once we have obtained quotations for your specific requirements.  

International Orders
We will ship by Air to a large number of International destinations (not USA or Africa) subject to your payment passing being accepted our secure payment gateway. You can also pay by IBAN Swift, or PayPal. In all cases the delivery charges quoted are estimates and we will confirm the actual cost following a specific quote for your order.
