How it works?
Nircom Babysense constantly senses and responds to baby's breathing and movement those breathing motions trigger the flash of a green light. If baby stops breathing for more than 20 seconds or if the breathing rate drops below 10 breaths a minute, an alarm is sounded. At this point parents should follow the procedures described in the included instructions.

    I purchased this item for my daughter when she was due to return home with their 5/6 week premature baby yesterday. She rang me this morning to say "Thank You" for giving her and her husband total piece of mind during their first night home. They just need to remember to switch off the alarm when removing baby! They are delighted so far.

    This is a brilliant breathing sensor giving total peace of mind. I have friends that have used tomme tippee version and they are always having false alarms. We have had no problems with this monitor it is brilliant

    This is the best baby item I have purchased. When my baby came home from hospital I used to stay up all night checking she was okay and still breathing, and got virtually no sleep! Now I can trust this monitor enough to actually relax and get some sleep.

    It is so worth the money for the peace of mind it gives you and I would recommend it to anyone.

    I prefer it to other monitors because of the 2 pads, they really do cover the whole cot. I like this monitor so much I bought a 2nd one to leave at my parents house for when we visit them.

    2 huge sensor mats. So much bigger and better than our current one which our baby keeps rolling off and causing false alarms. A friend told me about this monitor with the 2 pads and jumped at chance to order it and am so pleased as whole cot now covered. Thanks
