The Nanny Baby Sensor Monitor is a top of the range breathing monitor and has been designed to help provide you with additional peace of mind throughout the night. It is certified worldwide by medical professionals with a Class IIB Medical Certification for precise and accurate measurements of irregular breathing or a complete loss of infant breathing patterns. Keeping a watchful eye over your baby, the discrete sensor pad sits underneath your child’s mattress and quietly monitors their breathing.
Designed for use in a cot or crib, the Nanny Baby Sensor Monitor can be used on mattresses up to 14cm deep and will automatically sound an audio and visual alarm should your baby stop breathing for twenty seconds or if their breaths-per-minute falls below ten. There will be a short acoustic pre-alarm followed by a more intensive ring to ensure that your are always kept informed and alert. The contemporary and intuitive alarm unit features three indication lights that work in conjunction with the audio warnings to make the baby breathing monitor clear and easy for you to understand.
The Nanny Baby Sensor Breathing Monitor can be used for babies up to the age of 1 year.

I bought one of these from a different retailer when my daughter was newborn and it was worth it’s weight in gold!
An expecting mother will always receive loads of well meaning advice on raising your new baby. Absolutely no one mentioned that to me that when a newborn is fast asleep they sometimes make no noise and there is no visible movement ie chest rising and falling. The first time I experienced this I went into full scale panic – screaming for my partner and poking my poor daughter, who of course awoke and started screaming the house down with a fury. My poor fiance was terrified, I was in tears of relief and very shaken up. After repeating this a few times the other half searched online and came across this.
We now sleep undisturbed, since purchase I haven’t once woken the whole street in a hysterical panic and I’m so very grateful for this product. I never thought I would be a panicky mother who is convinced that my baby is in mortal peril so often but there you have it!

Perfect for what I wanted… peace of mind while sleeping.
Easy to setup, batteries included, I’ve been using for 2 weeks now and I haven’t had one false alarm which I read with other products of this type, but I know it would work in an emergency as when I pick baby up and forget to turn off it rightly alarms after 20 seconds. Fits under the mattress in ‘next to me’ cot which are quite thin so will see how it works under cot mattress when get there. Great price for a brilliant product!

This is so helpful to keep an eye on our little one and give us peace of mind. Of course I kept a closer eye at first just coz you are paranoid but it works well and monitors his breathing and movements. Such a great thing to have for a parents peace of mind. Worth every penny! Remember to turn it off though when you lift him off coz it will go off….rightly so as it doesn’t detect his heartbeat 😉

Fantastic monitor, bought because an Angelcare one did not work for our 5 month old. Gives you peace of mind as baby is now in her own cot. We have used it for a few nights now and the alarm has sounded on 2 occasions when baby had rolled onto her stomach and was face down in the cot (slowed her breathing). As soon as baby has been picked out of the cot the alarm sounds reliably a few seconds later. There is also a green light that flashes as it picks up movements so you can check this when you check on baby. Fantastic product!
